Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

If you've ordered a personalised item, we would only be able to cancel it if it has not been processed yet. In case the item has already been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it. So please make sure you enter all personalised details pertaining to the ordered items carefully.

 

Do you deliver products Internationally?

We successfully ship many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe. 

 

How long will my order take to ship?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Order processing and shipment can take anywhere between 2-6 days after payment. We do our best to expedite all orders. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email notification so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Arrival of your order can take up to 1-4 weeks after the items have shipped; however, a typical order usually takes around 14 days to be delivered.

Where will my order come from?

We spend hours sourcing the most amazing products to curate them for you at the most affordable prices.

Although our fulfilment house is located in USA, some of our specialty items will ship directly from the country of the artists (such as Australia, Germany, UK, India and China). This helps reduce our costs so we are able to pass these savings onto you. 

 

Why did I only receive part of order?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may occasionally ship separately at no additional cost. Each package will be assigned a tracking code and you will be notified via our automated tracking system if this is the case for your order.
